The Home You Design

To honor the original vision of La Estancia, we have selected a world class architectural firm to guide you with design and construction. We highly recommend you embrace the creative process of Summerour Architects.

  • If you choose, you may select your own architect with the understanding that the design aesthetics will remain consistent and subject entirely to the approval of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for La Estancia. Construction cannot commence until your home has received approval through the ARC.

  • La Estancia has very specific Covenants, Constraints, and Restrictions (CCRs) for you to reference and support you in your design process.

  • Minimum and maximum square footage at La Estancia is 2,300 - 12,500.

  • Landscape and hardscape design is part of the ARC Review Process and all residences must have a minimum of 14 trees with a minimum caliper of 6 inches.

Each lot purchase includes an optional La Estancia Membership package which provides access to:

The fine Print

The Decision to Sell

  • If you decide to sell your lot prior to completion of construction, La Estancia will have the exclusive repurchase right.

  • If you decide to sell your completed home in the future, La Estancia will have first option to purchase your home. If we waive that right, La Estancia will serve as the sole, exclusive representative for the sale of your residence. No outside real estate companies may be engaged.

The Parcel You Purchase

We want you to create a lasting home at La Estancia. Your home here is not a financial investment, but an investment in a shared vision for the community. The following portions of the purchase agreement are important to know upfront in making your decision.

  • La Estancia will have the exclusive repurchase option on any lots.

  • We work directly with buyers, not through realtors.

  • Pricing is based upon a set of covenants that go with your decision.

  • Pricing and Closing terms are fixed.
